Mother Elizabeth Antony visit

On 16th of February 2023 we had a special visit of Rev. Mother Elizabeth Antony. Rev. Mother Elizabeth Antony is the 3rd Superior General of St. Ann's luzren India. Mother Elizabeth Antony has been elected 2nd time as the 3rd Superior General of St. Ann's Luzren India. The management of St. Ann's School, Beed felicitated Rev. Mother with bouquet and shawl. Sr. Johncy the principal of our school introduced Rev. Mother to entire staff on behalf of management and teachers she welcomed Rev. Mother Elizabeth in our institution. Rev. Mother Elizabeth appreciated entire staff for their untiring efforts which they are putting for the betterment of students of St. Ann's School, Beed, Rev. Mother addressed the entire staff with her precious words and explained the importance of teachers role in students life.

Republic day

Republic Day is the day when India marks and celebrates the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950. We celebrated the 74th Republic Day on Thursday in our school. The Chief guest Mrs. Ashvini along with the Principal, Vice Principal, Mr. Futane and Mr. Sopan hoisted the flag in our school. Our beloved students performed a patriotic dance and delivered the speeches in English and Marathi languages to mark this day as a memorable one. The Chief Guest and the Principal addressed the students narrating to them the history of Republic day, explaining the significance and the sacrifice of the great men who gave away their lives for the cause of the nation. They motivate the students to be enlightened citizens of the country, to participate in the development and improvement of the society around them, to be aware of the challenges that the country faces and resolve to find answers and contribute to the nation’s progress since they are the future of the country.

National Girl Child Day

Every year India celebrates National Girl Child Day on January 24. The main objective of the celebrations is to create awareness about education for girls and provide them with good health and nutrition. Also, the day aims to eliminate gender biases in the country. The Ministry of Women and Child Development leads the celebration activities. India is celebrating the day since 2008. The government of India launched several initiatives to raise the status of girl children in the country such as Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, and Beti Bachao Beti Padao. The Students of St. Anns School delivered speeches on the importance of girl child and presented the wonderful skit to spread the awareness of Beti Bachao Beti Padao.

The ability to read and write gives individuals greater strength to deal with the world and greater access to information. To spread the message about the importance of literacy the students of St. Anns School delivered their speeches and celebrated this day with great enthusiasm and zeal

Charity Program

"Helping Hands are the Divine Hands."

The profit collected by the Fun-Fair was utilised in the distribution of Vendor Carts to the needy people, our teachers went through the slum area to find the needy people. We distributed 30 Vendor Carts, in the presence of Mr. Amer Hussain (Advisory Board Representative), Dr. Smita Suskar (PTA Member), Mr. Yash Gurkhude (Alumni Secretory) and Dr. Dipali Katte (GRC Member).

Road Safety Week

On "Road Safety Week" Mr. Sanjay Gavali from RTO Department of Beed conducted a very informative session in St. Ann's School for the students and the staff to create awareness on road safety and traffic rules among the children, the role it plays in reducing the number of accidents on road. Students were also made aware about the ill effects of alchohol and drugs and the risk factors associated with them. It was a wonderful experience as they were sesitized about the road safety rules.

Annual Day

St.Ann's School, Beed celebrated Annual Day on the 21st of December 2022. Many eminent dignitaries were present on the annual day celebration including Rev. Bishop Embross Rebello, Rev. Bishop of Aurangabad Dices, honorable Radha Vinod Sharma, IAS Collector and District Magistrate, honorable Nand Kumar Thakur, IPS Superintendent of Police, Beed, honorable Aditya Jivane, IAS Assistant Collector, Beed, Rev. Sr. Lizy Jose, SAL General Counselor St. Ann's Education Society, Fr. Prakash B. Sr. Asha, the corruspondant of our school introduced the dignitaries of the day to the audiance and they were felicitated by the management. All the students and their parents were invited to this function, the program started at 5:30 p.m. with the principal delivering her commentsment speech and the lighting of the diyas by the special guest in first half of the program the students from nursery to class 5th entertained everyone with the beautiful dance and skit performances before the comment of the second half of the program, the SPL and ASPL of the school presented the school annual report. School invited the toppers students of the class 10th ICSE examinations 2021-22 who had brought glory to the school, the special guest and the principal handed out certificate and prices to those students. Chief guest and guest of honour delivered the speeches on the auspicious occasion. various dances and skits work performed by the students. the program regards to everyone present at the Annual Day function. The program regards to everyone present at the annual day function, the program received Grand appreciation from the audience.This year We celebrated Semi-Christmas along with Annual day function.
